Education
1993 graduated from Odessa State Marine Academy.

Certification
Certificate of competency as marine engineer

Chief Engineer Class 1 (motor) from Ukraine Authorities August 1993, respectively with chemical and oil tanker endorsement. The rest of docs and training as per STCW 95.

Hands on training: Attended hands on training course on MAN B&W ME engines at MAN training center, Hamburg.

Skills

Started my carrier as Marine Engineer in 1993 and now serving as Chief Engineer in Maersk Tankers as a chief engineer on their product and chemical tanker vessel to date, thus having overall twenty-eight years of extensive and blended practical field and management experience.

I have a good understanding and practical Knowledge of Estimations of Job Orders and Schedule Works, Interpretation of Engineering Drawings, Coordination of Projects Activities, Estimation and Evaluation of Quality of Works, Preparation for dry dock, etc.

Being sailing as Chief engineer on newly built vessels, I got ripe experience of claiming guarantees & insurance on behalf of my company; benefiting their interest.

Apart from mandatory ISM Code implementation, my present and last company is also certified for ISO 14001. Being a tanker company reputed as one of world's latest tanker fleet owners and operators the company's management environment provided me a chance to keep me updаtеwith latest international / flag state legislation and requirements.

Served as Chief Engineer on Oil Tanker Ships, vast experience of Administration and planning for maintenance of Shipboard Mechanical & Hydraulic nature machineries years of comprehensive maintenance and overhauling experience of Marine Diesel Engines, Generators, Boilers, Air Compressors, Pumps, Refrigeration & Air conditioning Plants and Purifiers.

Mainly experienced in MAN B&W, WARTSILA Engines, Caterpillar, Cummins, etc.
