(Welding and lowering operations of gas magistral pipeline. Lowering and welding in mountain terrain with 25-35 degree terrain inclinations. Horizontal drilling supervision on Morava river.
Managing safety precautions for pneumatic testing of pipeline.
Implementation of LiHS on site for supervisors. Coordination of site inspections on site with Client.
Conduct internal HSE audit for subcontractors;
Keep updated HSE procedures for the specific tasks;
Supervise HSE procedures implementation;
Ensure adequate HSE reporting from Supervisors;
Inspection of rigging equipment, inspection of cables of side booms prior to activities.
