SURXANDERYA 3000 TPD CEMENT PLANT: Cyclones and Rotary Kiln shells are manufactured on place by employing SAW and SMAW methods in plant location then installed successfuly.
Plant has caontained a modern Industrial and Potable water treatment plant' and 15 MW waste heat recovery power plant (WHRP).

ZOMIN CEMENT PLANT: The capcity up graded from 150TPD to 400 TPD by designe and mounting of a pre heater tower' system. Further to overal Project management I performed the designe by using ANSYS FLUENT Ver.18. for calculating associated Gas channels, preheating cyclones, Chimney systems.

As Project manager I completed the activity starting from Geotechnical Survey, Leading the Designe Team, Soil and Civil Works , Mechanical erection and welding activities till completion of Electrical and Instrumentation Works and sucessful start up activity.

DESCRIPTION : South Yoloten Plant (PETROFAC) huge facility (worldwide second biggest unique field) included:
20 sets of wellhead facility installation and total 120km sour gas gathering pipeline comprised Sour Gas, condensates, Reached MEG, MEG and water lines in KARAKUM harsh geological/Climate and conditions. Project was included BVSs, Railway and Main road open cut & casing crossings, Murghab River passage through pile supported 120m bridge.

Completing 4 units of Utility section piping works included: around 500000 in-dia CS/LTCS, SS, INCO, Duplex, Super duplex piping works. The piping system was included A333-6, A105-N, A350-LF2 (PN-1,2), A312TP 316L (PN8) , B423 (PN45) with supports, Flange Management and Reinstatement activities.

Coordinating offshore crew (14 nations on board), Coastal supporting of team, involved international survey & supply companies relationship and Coastal state organizations for achieving to the project scheduled goals. Successful executıon of 35km 30" offshore trunk line and two sets in-field 20" pipeline for connecting LAM 22 and LAM A, ZHDANOV oil field platforms to Trunk line. Execution of three sets Risers as "Hot Work" criteria in SH2 and alive flairs area. Free span survey and correction, cathodic protection survey and correction, Barred Tee connections, Sub Sea valves connection, Pre-ccommissioning, Commissioning and HC induction, close out report.
Completion of 15 km 30" Onshore part of line with 2 main road (Category One) bypass and "open cut" crossing, Central Asian international railroad crossing , sets of existed pipeline cross, 320 KV aerial power line cross with higher categorized state environmental protection rules.

I managed full project WPS and ITP in accordance to API 1104, DNV-OS-101 and Finite Element Engineering Assessment for Cracks by using ABAQUS and ANSYS programs (ECA)
All project spectrum analysis completed by AUTOPIPE and Offpipe software due to DNV rules.

Repair and Maintenance of Ocean Going Ships Steam Boilers

DESCRIPTION : Scope of work was included:
Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Weighing, Load Out, Sea fastening, Transportation and installation of two sets of 8 slots Oil Wellhead/Drilling/Manifold offshore platforms and Jackets.

The Jackets were 1200 MT weight and each of Platforms ~2000MT. Load out completed by SMPT method and sea transportation was performed in 600 miles distance from operation point. Operation happened in active x-mass tree with minimum shut down period in very précised timing with High & Low tide periods. The sea water depth was only 1.8 m and this made a high challenge activity for project staff and heavy lift, umbilical and pipeline laying fleet safe operation.

Challenge was in Very Shallow Offshore vicinity for Heavy Coated Pipeline and umbilical Lay works (with lowest tide sea depth 1,8).Comprised, 5km 12" heavy concrete coated pipeline, 35km compound (Power-Control-Communication) subsea umbilical .

Shut down management and working in H2S area.

The project was used, MZ, API X70 pipes for jacket and platform components and various Sour Service materials for process and manifold components: Applied material for piping systems were INCONEl, Duplex, Super Duplex , Cupper , FRP and LTCS.

South of Iran to Pakistan border


DESCRIPTION : EPC Project Manager for part of Iranian 7th natural gas supply line to Pakistan border. Scope of Work was included 50 kilometers of 56" diameter onshore pipeline Construction and Pre-commissioning in Zagros Mountains region.
Project actualized in Zagros Mountain with hard sediments and non-stable geo structures with enormous sag/over bend slopes. The path contained tens of wide and tumbling rivers underground crossings by changing the river path and open cut method.
Further to convoluted natural difficulties, we had huge efforts for solving legal problems with Landowners, local inhabitants and native tribes. The sag and over bends was in final limits and for solving of slops problems, we had enormous rock cutting activities, concrete anchorage, etc.

DESCRIPTION : Project included Construction, Installation, HUC of complete LNG Export Jetty, transport pipeline and offshore loading facilities for NIOC.
The project was establishing an offshore pipe rack, complete facilities and offshore bridge for exporting 80,000,000 cf/d produced LNG at the Siri area gathered gas from Gulf offshore platforms. The project also included the construction of a large dolphin structure for mooring application of large marine tankers.
Scope of Work included the complete offshore component manufacturing, offshore pile driving (impact diesel hammer and hydraulic vibrator hammer), top side installation and offshore concrete works.
Responsibilities was included all engineering, manufacturing, load out, offshore construction and commissioning.

The project was EPCI and contained procurement of 12500 X2 pieces of 32" & 4" line pipes and Whole components from various global based suppliers. Sea and Land Transportation from Manufacturers origin, corrosion PROTECTION and concrete WEIGHING coating, load out and sea fastening and laying, pre-commissioning, commissioning.
As a world record the project completed 4 months sooner than scheduled time.

4 decks comprised 24 slots equipped with INCONEL high schedule pipes for High Temp/High pressure well heads of extracted Natural Gas and Condensates.

The project employed more than 1200 personnel in pick for completion of Platform. There was High Alloy Steel, Cupper, SS316L, INCONEl, Copper , FRP pipes in very convoluted shape for completion of platform system.
For better managing of project we stablished a modern local Calibration laboratory of Instruments.
